- 1 free range egg white, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup Nutella® Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- 20 candy-coated mini Easter eggs
Description
For a fun treat for the whole family, look no further than these bite-sized coconut macaroon nests, topped with creamy Nutella and crunchy chocolate eggs.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Combine egg, condensed milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in coconut until well combined.
Step 2 of 3
Working with 2 tbs coconut mixture at a time, spoon mixture onto tray, 5cm apart. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden-brown. Stand on tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 3 of 3
Top centre of each nest with spread. Decorate with eggs to serve.
