- 12 dim sims
- 1L chicken stock
- 375grams stir-fry rainbow vegetables

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat stock and 2 cups water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until simmering. Add hoisin and stir until dissolved.
Step 2 of 4
Add dim sims to pan and cook for 15 minutes, stirring to prevent them sinking to the bottom of the pan, or until cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Add vegetables to pan and cook for a further 1 minute or until heated through.
Step 4 of 4
Ladle into serving bowls and serve.
