- 4 Ingham’s Original Chicken Tenders
- 300grams dried spiral pasta
- 250grams cherry tomatoes
- 220grams cherry bocconcini
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 2tablespoons basil pesto
- 1 bunch basil
Method
Step 1 of 5
Cook the Ingham's Chicken Tenders and pasta as per the pack instructions
Step 2 of 5
Prepare the tomatoes and bocconcini buy cutting each piece in half and lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry pan
Step 3 of 5
Drain the pasta and slice the Ingham's Chicken Tenders
Step 4 of 5
Mix the pasta, pesto and pine nuts together
Step 5 of 5
Finish by tossing through the tomatoes, bocconcini, Ingham's Chicken Tender slices and top with a few whole basil leaves
