- 450grams diced lean beef

Step 1 of 5
Heat canola spray in pan and cook beef until brown.
Step 2 of 5
Add onion and carrot then cook until soft.
Step 3 of 5
Add Beef Casserole Recipe Base and stir through.

Gently cook on a low heat for 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Step 5 of 5
Serve with 450g of rice.
