- 500grams dairy free coconut-based yoghurt (to serve)
- 2tablespoons toasted coconut flakes (to serve)
- 400milliliter coconut milk

Description
Bring the cafe to you with this dairy-free coconut bircher, loaded with grated apple, orange and cinnamon. You’ll wonder why you didn’t make a double batch.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place the oats, zest, juice, apple, cinnamon and coconut milk in a bowl and mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 2 of 2
Divide mixture between serving bowls and top with coconut yoghurt, mixed seeds, coconut flakes, and fresh berries. Note: Use a mix of (any or all) linseeds, sunflower seeds, pepitas, black and white chia.
