- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 40grams coconut chips, roasted, crushed
- 1/4 cup white chia seeds
- 3 cup rolled oats
- 165grams pepitas & sunflower kernels seed mix
- 1/2 cup natural sliced almonds
- 2tablespoons coconut oil

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 150°C. Line a large shallow baking dish with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Whisk coconut oil, maple syrup and honey together in a large bowl. Add oats, almond, seed mix, chia seeds and cinnamon and mix until combined.
Step 3 of 4
Spread mixture in a single layer in prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Remove from oven and stir through crushed coconut chips. Cool completely.
