  • 3/4 cup Uncle Tobys Oats Traditional Porridge
  • 1/4teaspoons Masterfoods Cinnamon Ground
  • toasted muesli
  • 1/2teaspoons Queen Natural Vanilla Extract
  • 160grams fresh raspberries
  • 2teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Macro White Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond flakes

Method

Step 1 of 4

Reserve 12 of the raspberries. Mash remaining raspberries in a medium bowl with yoghurt until combined. Add chia seeds, vanilla and maple syrup. Cover; refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.

Step 3 of 4

To make toasted muesli, place oats on an oven tray. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add almonds, cinnamon and maple syrup; mix well. Bake for another 5 minutes or until nuts are golden. Cool.

Step 4 of 4

Spoon half the yoghurt mixture among four 1-cup (250ml) jars. Top with half the pomegranate seeds and toasted muesli. Repeat layering with remaining yoghurt mixture, pomegranate seeds and toasted muesli. Serve topped with reserved raspberries.
