Method

Step 1 of 2

Place oil, vinegar and oregano in a bowl, stirring to combine. Season.

Step 2 of 2

Toss tomato, capsicum, cucumber, onion and olives in a large bowl. Divide among bowls. Cut each piece of feta horizontally. Top each bowl with feta and drizzle with dressing.
