Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine salad mix with cucumber, cherry tomatoes and marinated artichokes in a large bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Scoop flesh from avocado into a food processor with buttermilk and lemon juice and process until smooth.

Step 3 of 3

Stir in finely chopped chives and finely chopped spring onions. Season with salt and pepper. Serve salad with salt and pepper and dressing.
