Description

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place capsicum, onion, cucumber, tomato and olives in a large bowl, then toss to combine.
Step 2 of 3
Combine oregano, vinegar and oil in a jug.

Transfer salad to a large plate. Top with feta, drizzle over dressing, season with pepper and serve.
