Description
A quick and easy cake to make for a catch up
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre heat oven to 190degrees and line your pan. I used a round tin but a square pan would work as well
Step 2 of 4
Cream butter and sugar till pale and creamy. Add 1 egg at a time and combine. Add vanilla. Beat to combine for about 1 minute.
Step 3 of 4
Sift in flour and cinnamon and beat again. Then add the milk and beat again. Pour in prepared pan and place in oven and cook for around 50- 55 mins depending on your oven.
Step 4 of 4
Once cooked take cake out of oven and cool in pan for around 10 mins. Heat up butter, sugar and cinnamon and pour over the top as this is the topping of the cake. Enjoy.
