- 3/4 cup custard powder
- 1 cup milk

Description
Terrific comfort food tea cake, best eaten with snuggly slippers and good friend.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat a fan forced oven to 160 degrees celsius. Grease and flour a 23cm cake tin
Step 2 of 4
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer. Mix until just combined.
Step 3 of 4
Pour batter into cake tin and bake for an hour.
Step 4 of 4
If you want to be a bit artistic sprinkle with icing sugar. Really doesn't need it, though.
