Super easy, egg-free cupcakes

Instruction tip
This can also be made as a cake, just add another 10-15 minutes cooking time. The cake texture can be made more fudgy by slightly reducing the cooking time.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat oven to 170 degrees (fan forced)

Step 2 of 6

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

Step 3 of 6

Stir oil, vanilla and vinegar into the cup of water.

Step 4 of 6

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.

Step 5 of 6

Divide mixture evenly between 12 cupcake cases.

Step 6 of 6

Bake for 18 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
