  • 1/4teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 lemon
  • 250grams halloumi

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat a chargrill pan on medium-high heat.

Step 2 of 4

Diagonally slice chorizo sausages. Cut halloumi into 1cm thick slices and cut each in half.

Step 3 of 4

Cook chorizo until crispy and golden. Brush halloumi slices with a little oil and cook until golden and warm through.

Step 4 of 4

Place in a serving bowl, sprinkle with dried oregano and serve with lemon.
