- 1/3 cup glace cherries, finely chopped

- 1 cup shredded coconut

Description
These picnic-worthy chocolate cherry rum balls are coated in delicious coconut and bursting with tangy cherry. A must-try recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Process biscuits in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and stir in coconut. Add milk, rum, cocoa powder and cherry, then stir until well combined.
Step 2 of 3
Roll 1 level tablespoonful biscuit mixture into a ball, then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat to make a total of 30 balls, then refrigerate until set.
Step 3 of 3
Place melted chocolate in a small bowl and coconut in a separate bowl. Using a fork, dip balls in chocolate, shaking off excess, then roll in coconut to coat. Return balls to tray and refrigerate until set.
