  • 125grams Cadbury Mini Milk Chocolate Easter Eggs
  • 100grams fried noodles
  • 1 cup white & pink marshmallows, halved
  • 400grams milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 30grams unsalted butter

Description

Gooey, crunchy, chocolatey and colourful. This recipe is everything you could want from rocky road. Plus, it's a great way to use up leftover Easter eggs.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Grease and line a 20cm square (5cm deep) cake pan with baking paper, extending paper 3cm over edges.

Step 2 of 4

Combine Easter eggs, noodles and marshmallows in a large bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup.

Step 3 of 4

Place milk chocolate, spread and butter in a heatproof bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between bursts, or until melted. Pour chocolate mixture over noodle mixture and stir to combine. Spoon mixture into pan, then scatter over reserved noodle mixture.

Step 4 of 4

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Cut into pieces. Serve.
