- 1/2 cup white mini marshmallows
- 10 pretzels

Description
If any survive Easter, turn leftover chocolate eggs into miniature snacking wheels full of crunchy pretzels and squishy marshmallows.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring regularly, or until melted and smooth.
Step 3 of 4
Spread melted chocolate over baking paper to form a 14x32cm rectangle. Top with marshmallows and pretzels. Chill for 15 minutes or until partially set.
Step 4 of 4
Using a 6cm-round cookie cutter, cut wheels from bark. Chill for 30 minutes or until set. Carefully separate wheels. Serve.
