  • 125grams butter, melted
  • 1 chocolate fudge brownie mix
  • 1 cup white chocolate melts
  • 1/4 cup pure cream
  • 6 fun size kitkats, halved
  • 150grams mini smarties
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 5centimeters liquorice strap, cut into thin 1cm strips

Method

Step 1 of 4

Set aside 36 smarties (12 for bunny noses, and 24 for bunny eyes). For best results try to use same colours for each set of eyes.

Step 2 of 4

Make packet of chocolate fudge brownies as per directions on pack. Stir remaining smarties through brownie batter. Bake and allow to cool completely.

Step 3 of 4

Combine white chocolate melts and cream in a microwave safe bowl; stir. Microwave uncovered on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute; stir. Repeat process in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Refrigerate 5-10 minutes until a thick spreadable consistency.

Step 4 of 4

Cut brownie into 12 even pieces. Spread tops with icing. Decorate with smarties for the bunny eyes and noses. Break KITKAT fingers in half and use to make bunny ears and arrange liquorice straps to make bunny’s whiskers.
