Description
Hop into the Easter fun with this super simple cheesecake decorated with Marvellous Creations chocolate.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place cookies in the bowl of a food processor, then process until fine crumbs form. Add butter and pulse until well combined. Press biscuit crumbs evenly over base and sides of a 35x12cm (base measurement) rectangular fluted tart tin with removable base. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, using an electric mixer, beat cream in a large bowl until firm peaks form. Using clean beaters in a separate large bowl, beat cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla until smooth and combined. Using a large spoon, gently fold whipped cream and chopped chocolate into cream-cheese mixture until just combined.
Step 3 of 4
Spoon cream-cheese mixture into biscuit shell and lightly swirl surface. Decorate with bunnies and eggs. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Step 4 of 4
Remove tart from tin. Cut into slices to serve.
