Description
Give an old favourite a different spin as spiral-cut cucumber comes to life courtesy of almonds, coriander and a twin chilli assault.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Using a spiraliser, cut cucumber into long spirals.
Step 2 of 2
Arrange cucumber and coriander on a serving plate. Sprinkle with almonds, sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Drizzle with chilli oil and sesame oil. Serve.
