Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Combine chicken, egg, cheese, breadcrumbs, carrot and zucchini in a large bowl Season with pepper. Shape 2 tablespoonfuls of mixture into round patties to make a total of 20. Place, evenly spaced, on tray. Spray with oil and bake for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Meanwhile, place sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve rissoles with sauce.
