Method
Step 1 of 6
Grate zucchini and sprinkle with salt before squeezing out as much water as possible.
Step 2 of 6
Grate carrots and set aside
Step 3 of 6
Combine all ingredient in one large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 4 of 6
Use a tablespoon-sized amount and roll into balls and flatten.
Step 5 of 6
Place flattened patties into the airfryer on 180 degrees and fry for 5 minutes on either side.
Step 6 of 6
Enjoy as is or with a dip.
