  • 2/3 cup parmesan, grated

  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 200*C with baking paper.

Step 2 of 2

Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls. Place on baking tray with baking paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Serve with tomato sauce.
