  • 2 325g pkts four cheese ravioli
  • 50grams Woolworths unsalted butter
  • 2tablespoons Woolworths extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tablespoons drained baby capers
  • 3teaspoons thyme leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, zested, juiced
  • finely grated parmesan (to serve)

Description

Get zesty with pasta with this recipe that pairs pillows of ravioli with silky lemon butter and capers. Ravioli has never tasted so good.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook ravioli in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet instructions. Drain.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat butter and oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add capers, thyme and garlic, then cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until butter and garlic are golden. Remove pan from heat and stir in zest and lemon juice.

Step 3 of 3

Divide ravioli among plates. Spoon over lemon butter mixture. Season. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
