  • 280grams Latina Fresh gluten free beef ravioli
  • 200milliliter Latina Fresh italian tomato & garlic sauce (1/2 x 425g tub)
  • 200grams broccolini, stalks sliced, florets halved lengthways if large (1 bunch)
  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 3 rashers bacon, sliced
  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach (for prosciutto option)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook Latina Fresh Gluten Free Beef Ravioli and broccolini in a large pot of simmering water for 5 minutes or until tender.

Put the pasta pot on to boil before you gather your ingredients

Step 2 of 3

As the pasta cooks, [add a splash of olive oil to a large frying pan and cook the for 2-3 minutes until bacon is lightly browned. Set aside about half of the bacon on absorbent kitchen paper.] OR [cook the prosciutto in a large non-stick frying pan (no need for any oil) over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes each side until lightly browned. Set aside on absorbent kitchen paper.]

Add the sauce to frying pan and stir for 1-2 minutes until heated through, then scoop the pasta and broccolini from the saucepan with a large slotted spoon and add to the sauce [with spinach] and toss gently to combine. Serve scattered with the reserved bacon, [ prosciutto shards ]and parmesan.
