  • 50grams Zanetti Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
  • 400grams filled pasta (such as ravioli or tortellini)
  • 300milliliter thickened cream
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
  • 1tablespoons parsley, chopped (to garnish)

Method

Step 1 of 3

For the Parmigiano Reggiano cream, simply add the cream and parmesan to a small pan, bring to the boil and reduce until thickened and coating the back of a spoon, approx. 5 minutes from boiling. Season to taste.

Step 2 of 3

Boil filled pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Drain well.

Step 3 of 3

To serve – Divide the pasta between four plates and pour the Parmigiano Reggiano cream over. Garnish with parsley. Further seasoning is optional (salt and pepper this time) but not required.
