- 1/2 cup shredded tasty cheese

Description
Halved jalapenos are packed with a three-cheese blend – featuring feta, tasty and cream cheeses – for a gamenight finger food sure to get guests fired up.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Cut jalapeños in half lengthways. Using a teaspoon, scoop out membranes and seeds.
Step 2 of 3
Reserve a few coriander leaves for serving. Finely chop remaining leaves. Place cream cheese, feta, garlic, chopped coriander, onion and half of the paprika in the bowl of a small food processor. Process until combined and smooth. Season.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon cheese mixture evenly into jalapeño halves. Place on prepared tray. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and remaining paprika. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and tender. Serve sprinkled with reserved coriander leaves.
