- 60grams baby rocket
- 100grams potato crisps
- 8 frankfurts
- 2/3 cup tasty cheese, shredded
- 2tablespoons mild American mustard
- 750milliliter Wine option: South Island Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the hot dog rolls on an ovenproof tray and heat for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, cook frankfurts in boiling water for 5 minutes or until heated through.
Step 3 of 3
Place hot dog rolls on a serving tray and fill each with a frankfurt and pickles. Drizzle with tomato sauce and mustard. Sprinkle over cheese and top with rocket. Serve with potato crisps.
