- 500grams MasterFoods curried sausages simmer sauce
- 1 1/4tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 600grams Aussie beef sausages
- 475grams classic potato mash

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat 1 tbs oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook sausages, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a chopping board and thinly slice sausages diagonally.

Add sauce and vegetables to pan. Reduce heat to medium, then simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, heat potato mash according to packet instructions. Add sausage to sauce, stirring to combine.
Step 4 of 4
Preheat oven grill on medium-high. Spoon sausage mixture among 4 x 11/2-cup capacity ramekins, then top with a spoonful of mash. Drizzle with remaining oil and season. Grill for 5 minutes or until golden. Serve.
