  • 2tablespoons caster sugar
  • 3tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • 1tablespoons parsley, fresh, finely chopped

Description

Remoulade is a delicious creamy slaw which works wonderfully with pulled pork or burgers.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Slice the celeriac on a mandolin then chop into thin matchsticks. Place in a bowl with the celery, tip in the sugar and vinegar, cover and set aside for 20 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Drain the celery and celeriac well and add to a clean bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard and parsley and serve.
