Description

Caprese, Italy's favourite salad, is perfectly suited to Australian summers – especially when paired with Mazzetti Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Reserve 5 bocconcini. Slice the remaining cheese. On a large round platter, arrange sliced tomato and sliced bocconcini to form a wreath shape. Top with basil leaves and reserved cheese. Season with pepper.

Step 2 of 2

Combine oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Place in the centre of the salad wreath. Drizzle over half of the vinegar mixture, then serve with remaining.
