- 1kilograms Greek-style yoghurt
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 2teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped

Description
Try this frozen yoghurt slice with blueberry and almonds for a healthier afternoon treat. It's the perfect summer dessert recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease a 20 x 30cm lamington pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above edges. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Place blueberries on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until just starting to soften. Stand to cool.
Step 3 of 3
Combine yoghurt, honey and vanilla in a large bowl, then pour into pan. Dollop over spoonfuls of blueberries. Gently shake pan to smooth top, then freeze for 5 hours or until frozen. Stand at room temperature for 10 minutes, then slice and serve topped with almonds.
