You can omit blackberries and use double the amount of blueberries in this salad if you prefer.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine rocket and cucumber on a large serving platter. Top with avocado and berries.

Step 2 of 3

Zest and juice 1 of the lemons. Cut remaining lemon into cheeks. Whisk lemon zest, lemon juice, oil and garlic in a small jug.

Step 3 of 3

Top salad with feta, hazelnuts and basil. Drizzle with lemon dressing. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
