Description
Jazz up Brussels sprouts this festive season with parmesan before baking to perfection. A deliciously easy way to enjoy this green veg.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine butter, garlic and parmesan. Carefully score a cross-hatch pattern into the cut-side of each Brussels sprout. Press cheese mixture on cut-side of Brussels sprout.
Step 2 of 2
Place Brussels sprouts, cut-side down, on tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until tender and golden. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with sour cream.
