  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Description

Make veggies extra tasty this Christmas and coat zucchini slices in parmesan before baking. Drizzled with honey, this mouth-watering side dish won't disappoint.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine butter, garlic and parmesan. Carefully score a cross-hatch pattern on one side of each zucchini slice. Press cheese mixture on the scored side of each slice.

Step 2 of 2

Place zucchini, cheese-side down, on tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender and golden. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with sour cream.
