  • 450grams leftover Woolworths classic matured Christmas pudding, crumbled
  • 1 cup Woolworths dry ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1tablespoons traditional instant gravy powder

Description

Amp up roast meat this Christmas with a deliciously easy gravy bursting with festive flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place all ingredients and 2 cups cold water in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Remove from heat. Using a stick blender, blend mixture until almost smooth. Return to medium-high heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until thickened.

Step 3 of 3

Season well. Serve gravy with roast meat.
