- 2 crushed weet-bix
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 4 leaves green oak lettuce (to serve)
- 1 pinch pepper
- 3teaspoons grain mustard
- 1/4 cup fruit chutney
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)

Method
Step 1 of 5
Combine beef mince, green shallots, Weet-Bix, grain mustard, fruit chutney, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 2 of 5
Mix and form into 4 patties.
Step 3 of 5
Cook patties in a saucepan on high heat, drizzle oil over the saucepan before cooking the patties and allow to heat up.
Step 4 of 5
Cook patties on both sides, until brown. Cook onions in the same saucepan.
Step 5 of 5
Toast buns if desired, garnish with lettuce
