  • 500grams beef brisket, cooked
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 head garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 400grams ramen noodles
  • 200grams cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks scallions, sliced
  • 1tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1tablespoons bbq sauce
  • 1tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 sprigs scallions, chopped

Description

This brisket ramen is spicy and zesty.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Tear away about 500g of brisket using a fork and set to one side. Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and set to one side.

Step 2 of 3

In a wok or similar pan, fry the torn brisket with the oil for 2 minutes while tossing. Add the rest of the chopped vegetables to the pan and fry while tossing for 2 minutes,.

Step 3 of 3

Add the noodles and all the sauces to the pan and keep frying for minutes ensuring to combine all flavours.
