- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract (or similar)
- 1/4 cup honey (can substitute)
- 1teaspoons bicarb soda

Description
These tasty banana and oat cakes are great with a cup of tea.
Method
Step 1 of 9
Preheat oven to 175 C
Step 2 of 9
Line a brownie tray with butter and/or greaseproof paper
Step 3 of 9
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas together with the back of a fork
Step 4 of 9
Add the egg, coconut oil, vanilla extract and honey to the bowl and mix thoroughly
Step 5 of 9
Add the plain flour, rolled oats and bicarb soda and incorporate to your mixture
Step 6 of 9
Spoon the mixture into the brownie dish and smooth out
Step 7 of 9
Place into the oven for around 20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked in the middle (a skewer should come out clean)

Remove from the oven and allow to cool

Once cooled, cut into squares, serve and ENJOY.
