These biscuits are easy to whip up and have lots of nutritious ingredients.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Pre-heat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced and line 2 baking trays with parchment.

Step 2 of 5

Whisk the egg, coconut oil, honey and vanilla together in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and stir in the raisins.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon.

Step 4 of 5

Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough into 18 cookies, place on the baking trays and use your hands to flatten and shape them.

Step 5 of 5

Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
