- 1 lemon, grated rind
- 75grams ready-to-eat dried dates, chopped
- 75grams unsalted pistachio nuts, chopped
- 75grams flaked almonds, chopped
- 125grams soft light brown sugar
- 150grams millet flakes
- 40grams cornflakes, lightly crushed
- 400grams can low-fat condensed milk
- 25grams mixed seeds, such as pumpkin and sunflower
Method
Step 1 of 2
Simply place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Spoon into a 28 x 18 cm baking tin and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven, 180°C for 20 minutes.

Leave to cool in the tin, then mark into 20 squares and chill until firm.
