Description

These 4 ingredient cookies are naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and dried fruit.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced and line 2 baking sheets with parchment. Mash the banana well in a large bowl, stir in the vanilla extract and mix well.

Step 2 of 2

Tip in the oats and cranberries and mix well. Spoon into 18 mounds on on the baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes. Leave to cool and serve.
