    • 3teaspoons dijon mustard
    • 1/3 cup olive oil
    • 1tablespoons rosemary (finely chopped)
    • 2teaspoons brown sugar

    Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, sugar, rosemary and salt and pepper in a jug. Pour over steaks and marinate for at least 1 hour.
