- 16 brussels sprouts
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 6 rasher streaky bacon, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat a barbecue grill to medium. Trim stem ends of the sprouts and blanch in a saucepan of boiling water for 8 minutes or until just tender. Drain and toss with oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cool slightly.
Step 2 of 2
Skewer the sprouts, rolled bacon pieces and capsicum alternately onto metal skewers. Cook skewers, turning often, for about 5-8 minutes or until slightly charred and tender.
