Here's an easy to make and bake zucchini slice.
Method
Step 1 of 4
You'll need to preheat oven 170°C or 150°C for fan forced oven.
Step 2 of 4
Grate the zucchini. Finely chop the spring onion. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add the flour and beat until the mixture is smooth. Add zucchini, spring onion, grated cheese and oil to the mixture and combine.
Step 3 of 4
Grease a 30cm x 20cm baking tray. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4 of 4
Cut and serve hot or you can have cold.
