  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4teaspoons salt
  • 6 eggs

Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat fan-forced oven to 180C.

Step 2 of 6

Grease a 12 hole muffin tin (or use a silicone pan).

Step 3 of 6

Put eggs into a large mixing bowl and beat well.

Step 4 of 6

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 5 of 6

Scoop the mixture into the muffin tin.

Step 6 of 6

Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
