  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 free range eggs, lightly beaten
  • 100grams Woolworths Greek-style feta, crumbled

Description

Take zucchini slice to the next level with this easy traybake recipe from Woolworths team member Adrian Malouf from the Winston Hills store.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced. Grease a 20 x 30cm (3.5cm deep) lamington pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above edges.

Step 2 of 3

Place zucchini, onion, bacon, flour, tasty cheese, parmesan and haloumi in a large bowl, and stir to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Add oil and eggs, and mix to combine. Season. Spread mixture in pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until just set. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Cut into 12 pieces and serve topped with feta.
