- 1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 8 slices Italian prosciutto

Step 1 of 3
Preheat jaffle iron on a gas cooktop or barbecue.
Step 2 of 3
Spread bread slices on one side with butter. Top 4 unbuttered sides with half the cheese, spinach, beans and remaining cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered sides up.
Step 3 of 3
Wrap each sandwich in 2 slices prosciutto. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in jaffle iron for 4 minutes, turning halfway, or until golden. Cut into triangles, garnish with parsley and serve.
