For the chilli dip
  • 2tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 medium red chilli, diced
  • 1 medium green chilli, diced
  • 1tablespoons ginger, diced
  • 1tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1tablespoons sambal
For the garlic dip
  • 3tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 medium shallots, diced
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
  • 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 medium chicken breasts, skin and bone removed
  • 2 1/3 cups chicken stock, keep 0.4 cup (100ml) aside for the dips
  • 300grams jasmine rice

Description

This dipping dish is bursting with full flavours and spicy notes.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Heat 500ml of chicken stock up in a large saucepan to the boil and cook the chicken breasts in the stock for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.

Step 2 of 5

Cook the rice as per pack instructions.

Step 3 of 5

In a pot on a medium heat, heat up 50ml of chicken stock with the chilli dip ingredients and cook for 6 minutes and then pour into a serving bowl.

Step 4 of 5

Now add another 50ml of chicken stock to the pot and add all the garlic dip ingredients and cook for 6 minutes before adding to another serving dish.

Step 5 of 5

Once the chicken is cooked, serve sliced with rice on the side and 2 dipping sauces.
