For the chilli dip
- 2tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 medium red chilli, diced
- 1 medium green chilli, diced
- 1tablespoons ginger, diced
- 1tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1tablespoons sambal
For the garlic dip
- 3tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 medium shallots, diced
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
- 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 medium chicken breasts, skin and bone removed
- 2 1/3 cups chicken stock, keep 0.4 cup (100ml) aside for the dips
- 300grams jasmine rice
Description
This dipping dish is bursting with full flavours and spicy notes.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Heat 500ml of chicken stock up in a large saucepan to the boil and cook the chicken breasts in the stock for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
Step 2 of 5
Cook the rice as per pack instructions.
Step 3 of 5
In a pot on a medium heat, heat up 50ml of chicken stock with the chilli dip ingredients and cook for 6 minutes and then pour into a serving bowl.

Now add another 50ml of chicken stock to the pot and add all the garlic dip ingredients and cook for 6 minutes before adding to another serving dish.
Step 5 of 5
Once the chicken is cooked, serve sliced with rice on the side and 2 dipping sauces.
