Method

Step 1 of 2

Thinly slice the apple using a mandolin. Place the sliced apple in a bowl with the oil and cinnamon and toss to coat each slice well.

Step 2 of 2

Heat the air fryer to 170°C and add the apple slices to the basket in a single layer, working in batches. Cook 12 minutes, shaking occasionally. Set aside and repeat with the remaining apple slices. The apples will crisp up more as they cool.
